Ahhhhh tmr's gonna be the first day I'll be manning the line T.T freaking out like mad I tell you. We did try a few calls today during our live buddy session, where we were split into smaller groups and had to answer a call from a REAL taxpayer (even though I initially thought they simply got some of their colleagues to pretend and call in). But the thing is, there was a supervisor right beside us. And we relied A LOT on her lol she was like our live encyclopedia. It's mad la omg so many things to look out for and if you give the wrong advice then gg. Siao liao siao liao. Tmr onwards I'll be ALL ON MY OWN.
