Actually my job is quite fun. It's basically like trouble-shooting but not in the technical way and helping people to find the answers that they want. The bad part is when you have to keep putting them on hold for such a long period of time, even when their question was a relatively simple one. Worse is if you provide them an incorrect answer but you only realise it some time later and you can't call them back. Guilt guilt. Anw, the main point I wanted to say was, I have always liked trouble-shooting since young haha so yeah I guess I kinda enjoy it~ They say the peak period is late March and early April, but yesterday I already had non-stop incoming calls so I don't want to imagine how it will be like then... it's like once I release the phone call, another one comes in. But it's fine, it saves my PI hahaha. Did I mention before? WE HAVE A FREAKING PI THAT INCREASES EACH WEEK.
