Everyday I go to work with the very same thought; hoping that the day would end fast with no bad calls. That's all. Maybe I should not even be considering extending my stay beyond April... And I'm constantly afraid of receiving a complaint and being judged based on my call records. Yes there are people being paid to monitor our calls -.-

Damn, I gave someone (or maybe not just one...) a wrong advice today. I got mixed up between the conditions for the reliefs T.T ugh now I feel so guilty and also of course fear for receiving a complain lol. Idk if anyone has written in to complain about me, but if there has been one I'm pretty sure I know who was the one who wrote in haha. And today another tp was quite angry oops and requested for me to transfer him to another person. But afterwards I realised I had to make a call back to him to clarify some stuff, which I did so after a short while, and the funny thing is he sounded less angry and nicer. He even thanked me for calling him back lol! Mood swing? Anyway I figured out that there just are some people you cannot seem to get along with. It's just that you don't seem to click? So yea for these kind of cases I guess it's good to just transfer with an open mind and not think too much about it. Idk if I'm just avoiding the problem, but that's how I can retain that bit of confidence in myself.

Why do most people have this same reaction when I tell them the course I want to apply for? Just because it's a male dominated faculty? Idk what they are judging me on, but I make my choices based on my interest and I believe the gender doesn't matter, right? What age are we in man...

Ahhhhhh it's been 3 months but nothing has changed. Many things have happened in this span of time (from holidaying to working at 2 different jobs)  and have kept my mind occupied, but perhaps it was all just temporary and superficial. Btw, now I understand what people mean when they say that working is a good way of keeping things off your mind.

Regardless of what the outcome was, it is never the end of the world. Do not let your life be determined by some mere letters. There's more to life than just academic or career success; so much more. Personally I find greater happiness when helping someone than doing well in my studies. As usual, I find no need to further explain myself. Then what is this post for?! Haha idk.
