Takeaways from the drama-mama happenings today:

1) The impression we have of a person often is not an accurate (or adequate enough) representation of the kind of person he/she is, even if you have known that person since the very day you were born. As I have mentioned before, we can never fully understand a person unless we have been through the exact same situations as him/her.

2) Drama doesn't only happen in shows. That's why they say 戏如人生，人生如戏。

On a separate note, my mum has been rather stressed these days sigh. Her workload at work is no joke. I have always admired her for her commitment both at work and at home, and even with family matters. Just another 3-4 more weeks and we'll be off to Aussie where you can relax! :)

Done with lsm for this sem! :D Oh wait there's still one more article quiz next week haha but it's nothing much la.

Still left with ES presentation on Tuesday. Sian I must be one of the last few people to present in the entire cohort haha. I wanted to present yesterday but apparently everyone thought the same way. It's very funny cuz our assessor on the first day was Peggie Chan, she's supposedly a strict tutor la, so many people who intended to present on the first day backed out. For the second day we had a different assessor who seemed much friendlier. So when she asked who wanted to volunteer to present that day, everyone who hadn't presented volunteered, EVERYONE LOL. She was taken aback by our enthusiam XD Since there were too many volunteers (how rare is that) we had to draw lots and as usual luck wasn't on my side haha. Kinda expected it already though. Oh well. Yup so I'm presenting next Tuesday to PC again T.T I'm gonna own her hehe.

With the end of this week, I'm left with two weeks to the start of the exams. Still have a loooot to catch up on. I'm still at chapter 6 for Math oooooops. But it's okay I can do this! :D I'm gonna be skipping on shg the next 3 weekends though sigh. Feel so bad but I really need the 4-5 hours (including travelling time) each weekend. At least for this semester I only have 3 final exams.

Anyway met up with xiaomin today haha! She came to nus to study with her cuzzie so I tagged along ^^ Yay only if you are studying in nus we could study tgt more often like during A lvl prep, studying at PP coffeebean haha! If only I'm still staying at Tanjong Rhu I could go smu to study too. Sigh I miss dhs days. Those were the days you got to see your close friends everyday, any time. Now it's so hard to even meet up sometimes with everyone's busy schedules. But it's good because it means that everyone is living a fulfilling life. I miss all of you guys! :(

To my uni friends, I'm very thankful for all your constant encouragements and concern. Really, even though I may not be lucky (in terms of tikam-ing mcq answers or drawing of lots), I feel that life has blessed me with just enough luck to have met these kind souls. :)

I'm a believer of fate. If things in life don't turn out the way you want them to, there's probably a pretty good reason why it doesn't. It's simply an episode of a lesson in life, meant for you to face the challenges and to grow. Everything will turn out fine in the end~ This is the way how life guides you to the right direction. These are just my personal beliefs haha.

Oh well this is enough for tonight. This is quite a random post haha. Time to sleep and prepare for the next 2 weeks of mugging! Jiayou everyone!!!

Jealous dog

Hehe today Ruby was jealous over this toy Husky that my mum bought from Taiwan when she went for her business trip. It's super funny cuz I think she really thought that it's a real dog.

This morning I was playing a little with Ruby, when my mum passed me the toy Husky. So i started to pat the Husky and whatnot but Ruby clearly didn't like how her attention got snatched away from her hahaha so she tried getting my attention by licking my hands and legs. The funniest was when she squeezed herself onto my lap even though the Husky was on my lap already HAHAHA. Despo Ruby. It was damn amusing :p So we continued teasing her for a while hehe.

It's really cool though to analyse animal behaviour. They really are just like humans. Even if they may not understand what you say at times, but I believe that they can feel it from your tone. Certain breeds especially are more emptionally sensitive.

I've always had a dog in my home for as long as I remember, except during the year or so after Suki (my first dog) left us. It was sad, and I regretted not giving her more attention then. She was quite a lonely dog. It could also be because of her personality though, she's way less active than Ruby. Yeah but because of this regret I had, it's a comstant reminder for me to treat Ruby well.

Haha yep so when I have kids in the future, I also want them to grow up with a dog :D

Idk if it's a good or bad thing that I'm beginning to feel so non-chalent about it, I was even rather surprised at myself today. It's like I don't even feel anything now. Can we even be considered as friends right now? I really cannot be bothered anymore. Don't take things for granted. There are so many other people who are more worth of my time. So I think this is a good thing. Some people just suck.

Feeling so damn tired after sleeping late the past few nights... I'm really not a person who can function normally with minimal sleep sigh. I'm feeling so screwed for es presentation, I can't seem to get over my stage fright. I need some brainwashing to be done to myself. Wash wash wash. Lsm test next Friday also, finals start in about 3 weeks, but excluding next week I have about 2 weeks to salvage myself. Freaaaak.

Goodnight. Off to my nightmare.
